FESSURE OIL
Fessure oil has anti inflammatory, anti infective and anti hemorrhoids properties which play an effective role in curing piles. This oil is very effective in Anal Fissures, fistula and piles up to 3rd stage. Application of this oil helps to shrink the piles mass, control bleeding and hasten the healing process. The local analgesic action relieves pain and smoothing action helps in easy discharge of feces. Dosage
Capsule : 1 or 2 capsule with water or Milk twice a day
Syrup : 10 ml to 15 ml twice a day or as directed by the physician
Oil : 3-5 ml oil should be injected in the anus twice a day with the help of syringe cylinder and rubber catheter.

Side Effect : Fessure combo-pack is not known to have any side effects when applied according to the prescribed recommendation.

Precaution
The patient should be advised not to use a hard seat or ride horses during the course of treatment. He should not indulge in too much sex, nor suppress the urge to void the stools for fear of pain which accompanies dry piles.

Dietary recommendation
A person with piles must have lots of water. This facilitates easy expulsion of the wastes from the rectal canal, without subjecting the anus to much pressure.

Green vegetables must be a major component of the diet. These vegetables can provide roughage, which facilitates faster movement of bowels.

Vegetables with astringent and bitter tastes are of much benefit. These will prevent constipations. Helpful vegetables are spinach, okra (Ladies finger) and yam (Ratalu or Jimikand).

Hemorrhoids relief can be obtained from the itching pain if ghee with warm milk is taken every night.

Barley, wheat and old rice are the carbohydrates that are beneficial for people with piles problems.

The papaya fruit is also very beneficial as it helps in easy digestion of foods.

Pungent, spicy, oily and salty foods must be avoided as they could make the digestion more difficult.

Potatoes, pumpkins and colocasia (Arbi) must not be consumed by people with hemorrhoids. These foods are contra indications to the problem.

Dosage : Apply on body in firm, circular movements for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off.

Side Effect
Minceur is not known to have any side effect if taken as per the prescribed dosage.

General Recommendation : If the following instructions are followed the result of the medicine shall be remarkable.

When you wake-up in the morning, start your day by drinking: one glass of warm boiled water with juice of half lime and one Tablespoon of honey
Food is consumed at breakfast, mid-morning snack, Lunch, After-noon snack and dinner. Eat lunch between 12 pm and 2 pm. Lunch is the biggest meal of the day
Do not lie down or go to sleep after eating for at least three hours. The dinner should be 3 hours before bed time.
Always sit-up with stomach relaxed. Standing, Walking, or Sitting doing other things (examples: driving, terminal data entry) do not relax stomach and can lead to incomplete digestion
At the start of a meal, eat a piece of Fresh Ginger (soaked in lime juice and honey) to activate salivary glands to produce digestive enzymes. You can also eat a pinch of 'Pomegranate Chooran'
During meals, or after meals, have a cup of yogurt beverage (Thin Lassi, or fat-free butter milk)
Do not drink water immediately before meal, or immediately after the meal. It slows down digestion
If you feel warmth or acid in the stomach, try a cooling beverage (Examples rose water and honey, blended milk and dates, fresh mango juice) in between meals. These beverages have cooling affect. They should not be cold or froze. Drink them at room temperature
Do not eat cold food. Eat foods at room temperature or slightly warmer
Do not eat left-over foods even if they have been refrigerated and re-heated.
Fast 1-day a week, and consume only lime and honey water Drink one cup of warm water with juice of ½ lime and one teaspoon of honey every 90 minutes to two hours. Break the fast with fresh raw fruits, nuts, and whole-grain crackers
For snacks eat: dried fruits, nut, fresh fruits, fruit juices, Raw vegetable soup, whole-grain crackers
Foods to be avoided
- Red meats
- Eat Fish and fowl only on limited basis
- High fat dairy products such as cheeses yogurt and butter
- Rice and potatoes
- Refined sugars
- Carbonated beverages
- Foods prepared with refined flour: cake, pastry, cookie, sweet biscuit
- Super-refined oils specially corn-oil and soy-oil
Incorporate following foods on regular basis
- Fresh Raw fruits and vegetables
- Steamed vegetables
- Lentils and Beans cooked in water
- Lentils Beans and whole-grains Sprouted
- Combination of whole grains and lentils cooked in water (Examples: Brown Rice and Lentils, Lentils and Barley)
- Whole-grain breads
- Carrot Juice
- Cabbage
- Fresh Peppermint (chutney, tea)
- Turmeric Dry ginger, Black pepper, Cayenne, Fenugreek seeds and leaves
- Honey, or raw cane sugar
- Kala Namak or sea-salt
- Organic extra virgin olive oil
- Un-refined organic Ghee
